At i2i we work collaboratively with our customers, using our knowledge and experience of fulfilment and distribution to find solutions for them.

We started as a courier business serving the M25 area with overnight delivery of time-sensitive documents. To meet one customer’s needs, we expanded that service nationwide achieving 100% coverage of their footprint within 6 months. Listening to our customer’s frustrations, we then developed a digital print solution to enable them to reduce wastage and for their retail outlets to be served more efficiently.

Having focussed on what our customers need, we now make over 5 million deliveries a year on a next day pre-9am service achieving over 99% on time, in full delivery. This includes some deliveries made using our secure key access service through which we also remove recyclable waste, saving our customers both time and money.

Our facilities

We work throughout the UK servicing our customers via three hubs located in Scotland, The Midlands and London with multiple final mile distribution centres. We use our warehouses to store goods securely for clients, to pick and pack for delivery and as the base for our world-class printing facilities.

Having our own printing and finishing facilities – including two HP T240 digital printers – located within our main warehouse brings significant reductions in logistical time and costs for our customers. Printed materials are taken directly from reels to our finishing equipment, then on to our packing lines, getting them immediately on their way to our customers and saving up to 24 hours on traditional methods.
